Bought this for my granddaughters 5th birthday. She wares a 5t. I had to sized up as the mono fins start at a size 6. I was skeptical at first but it fit her fine a little loss that was it! No drag, it didn’t droop or sag! I also bought her a matching bathing suit size 5t which fit perfect!! She was over the moon with it! It was a great gift the quality of the tail and fin are excellent!
This is a great looking mermaid tail. My daughter loves it. However, the waistline is just too big flimsy and slips down as soon as my daughter swims in it.. Not designed for actually swimming around which is very frustrating. I have to tie it with a rubber band every time and now the waist is really stretched out and we've only had it for two weeks. The design needs major improvement so the waist can be cinched down or it needs to have much stronger elastic. Also, the monofin causes toe blisters on the outside of her big toes so she has to wear thick socks or water socks. Still lots of fun and really cute but just be aware of these two issues.

I made an error with my first order (Amazon had the wrong sizing charts), it was time sensitive to get this fixed and have the tails for our trip. The customer service agent (now dealing directly with SunTails) was amazing! She arranged for a credit for the incorrect tails, applied it to my new purchase, and had the correct sizes and monofins to be sent out in time for the trip. Truly wonderful to have that level of support! I was so pleased with the quality of the product and would recommend it. The material for the tails is strong and durable and the monofins are very well made, like flippers in the water.

The product ordered was received and was what was expected. I paid extra money for expedited delivery and the package arrived LATER than if I had chosen free ground shipping. A refund in the amount paid for expedited delivery would be greatly appreciated.
