We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us and give us a chance to make things right. Customer service is available Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm MST, excluding US holidays. If you leave us a message over a weekend or on a holiday, you'll hear back the next business day.

Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am MST (mountain time) ship the same day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 11am MST ship the very next day. Orders placed Friday after 11am or on holidays will ship the next business day.
We use real-time shipping using the weight of your package and your location. Add items to the shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and the cart will give you a shipping quote. If you're not certain the shipping quote is right, feel free to contact us and we'll double check for you.
Note: Once you complete your order, it is automatically sent to our shipping center so we can process and ship your order as fast as possible. If you made an error in ordering (shipping address, color, size) please contact us ASAP! We may not be able to catch the error before your order ships, so please double check all of your details before completing checkout.
IMPORTANT: Orders returned to us due to insufficient address
Orders that are entered with an insufficient address or incomplete or incorrect information generally get sent back to us. Once the item arrives back at our shipping center, we can refund you and cancel the order, or you can have us send it back out for you. If we need to re-send or send out a new order for you, and the insufficient address was not due to our error, you will be charged additional shipping to do so. Though please note, we NEVER charge you without discussing it with you first.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Add items to the shopping cart to view the rates and ship times available.
Important: Customs fees
You may have customs charges / duty tax, etc. when your package reaches your country. We cannot be held responsible if an international order incurs extra charges at the border; this is simply outside of our control. Customers may refuse packages if customs charges are too high. When the package makes it back to us we can refund you, though there may be a restocking fee to cover our out of pocket expenses in shipping internationally.

Payment
We accept Paypal and all major forms of credit cards through our secure shopping cart. We can also take your order and payment over the phone: 1-844-SUN-TAIL.
Payment is due upon checkout. Orders that are abandoned and not paid for will be canceled.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item is further reduced in price within 14 days from the date of purchase, we’ll refund the difference in price. In order to qualify, contact us with your name and order number. Price adjustments will be processed through Paypal only.
